If the behavior persists, the center may initiate an expulsion procedure.
In case of violation of a local, national, or international law during the stay, the school will take the appropriate measures depending on the severity of the act.
Medical and Travel Insurance
We recommend contracting travel and medical insurance for the entire duration of your stay, regardless of the duration of the course or the type of visa. It is the responsibility of the students to bring their personal belongings to the school or to their accommodation and to contract insurance to cover them.
Formex, its representatives, partners, and employees are not responsible for any loss, material damage, or illness of the participants, whatever the cause, unless required by law. It is the student's responsibility to contract comprehensive personal insurance, specifically covering their participation or continuation of the course, as well as medical expenses.
Resolution of Disputes and Claims
Participants must submit their claims in writing, and the school will respond in the same way to resolve any problem as quickly as possible.
In case of total disagreement: The problem can be submitted to the Municipal Consumer Arbitration Board.
Resources at your disposal in the secretariat:

- Official Claim Sheets of the Junta de Andalucía which, by law, must be available to the client in any public venue.
Additional Courses
We will provide participants with all the necessary information about complementary courses (guitar, windsurfing, flamenco, diving, etc.) they wish to take and, if necessary, we can take care of reservations. However, we are not responsible for these courses, as they are not organized or scheduled by Formex, but by entities external to the school.
