Your data is safe with us

Any User who wishes to provide their personal data through this website must be of legal age.

For the purposes of the LOPD, Users are informed that the data obtained through filling out the various forms on the website will be subject to automated processing and incorporated into an automated file duly registered in the General Data Protection Registry, whose controller and recipient is SCHOOL BRIO, S.L., hereinafter FORMEX, with CIF: B93723443 and registered office at Calle Martínez, 12, 1º C, 29001, Málaga (Spain) and email address protecciondedatos@formexeducation.com.

Purpose of processing

The purpose of the processing will depend on the type of form filled out. In any case, the following purposes currently apply:

1. Sending information requested in Forms:

Obtaining the necessary data from the User to send information regarding services requested by users. The data collected in the contact forms are the applicant's name, contact email, nationality, and the details provided in order to provide information about the service consulted.

2. Enrollment in our courses and services:

Obtaining the necessary data from the User for registration in our courses and other services. The data collected in the registration form and in the price calculator are the applicant's first and last names, contact email and telephone number, and the data provided in order to give information about the service consulted and booked.

The User will give their express consent so that FORMEX can process their personal data, in accordance with the conditions described in this section, when they click on the "I accept" button on the form and subsequently proceed to "Send" it.


Data transfer

No transfers are made of the data obtained through these forms.

How long will we keep your data?

We will keep your data as long as the purpose for which it was collected is maintained and you do not request its cancellation from our files. When it is no longer necessary for this purpose or you request its cancellation, we will keep those data blocked that may be necessary during the legally established periods to handle any matter relating to their processing, up to a maximum of 1 year. Once the legal periods have elapsed, the personal data will be deleted, adopting the appropriate security measures that guarantee their complete destruction.

The file controller has adopted the legally required security levels of protection for Personal Data, and has installed all technical means and measures available according to the state of technology to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access, and theft of the Personal Data provided.
